Outfits + Dressing Room Diaries

I’ve been really enjoying shopping for spring and summer lately, and have loved putting together spring-ready outfits. In my early blogging days, I used to share a lot more of my outfits and mirror pictures. I miss those posts, so I’m bringing it back :).

My go-to shop for spring and summer essentials has been Old Navy. They are carrying a great selection of items for such a great price! I saved even more by shopping in person, vs. online since I found the prices to be a bit better in stores. In the warmer months, I will pretty much choose a dress over pants or shorts any day. A few weeks back they were having a major sale on all basic dresses (like the grey one above) for a $10, so I couldn’t pass up picking up one… or four! The dress is super comfy, lightweight, and perfect for casual outings!

I don’t think I’ve worn a romper since I was 6, but I found a really great style, again at Old Navy (and no this is not sponsored by them, I just really love their stuff lately!). I ended up picking it up in two patterns: the gingham and striped version. They are super comfy and would look great with sandals or wedges!

I have never owned white jeans, because come on, they are bright WHITE and I would spill everything on it. However, I have really wanted to try them this year, so I pick up this pair from LOFT and I must say that I am really digging them. They are so comfortable and I love that they are little longer so that I cuff them or wear them uncuffed with heeled sandals.

Peplum. I’ve been having a major crush on flowy peplum tops lately. I just love the way they look with jeans. Again, the gray one above is from Old Navy. They are so lightweight, and are great for hiding the fact that you’re still in pre-summer body mode ;).

I hope you enjoyed this post! What are you loving for spring?
