Temperatures in Chicago have definitely dropped, and it’s definitely time to start layering my outfits. On Saturday Michael and I had plans to visit the apple orchard with his family, an annual tradition, to pick apples, eat donuts, and drink cider. It is always a really fun time and we always end up with so much Wisconsin cheddar!
Sunday, I stopped by our local trader joes now that there is one 5 minutes from our new place to pick up some healthy options for this weeks meals! The rest of the day was spent at home snuggling on the couch and in bed!
I recently just got the new iPhone 6 and with it comes the new Health app, and all the other health apps that you can download. It has been an eye opener to see how much inactivity I do. On days I am working from home I am physically so inactive, as I rarely leave my home (yes, I am hermit!). My goal this week is to do 30 minutes of physical activity each day and I started with yesterday so I am 1/7th of the way there!
