I’ve never been a huge cauliflower person, but when I saw recipes of parmesean roasted cauliflower and realized how easy it was, I knew I need to try it. I tried a different recipe, and liked it but didn’t love it.
However that didn’t stop me from thinking that it was bad, it had potential. I wanted to share this recipe since it boasts so much flavor and it’s so easy.
